This high performance and ergonomic rib protection from Alpinestars is designed to provide comfort, support and protection for karters. Slimline and lightweight in design the main body of the rib protector features a multi layer construction for ultimate shock absorption with a soft poly lining.

Dual density laminated padding incorporating 3mm high density padding in areas which contact the body provide high levels of comfort whilst 4mm EVA foam offers effective impact protection and reduced vibration. A fibreglass core is used to disperse energy away from the impact point and an advanced poly fabric outer protects against abrasion. A Fully adjustable, elasticated front strap with snap closure and adjustable shoulder straps allow for a precise fit whilst additional rear Velcro adjusters help refine size adjustments. Perforated padding in the rear offers extra support and breathability for increased comfort.
