Shipping & Return Policy
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times: NL (2–7 days), EU (7–14 days), International (7–20 days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. A tracking number is provided after shipment.
Customs fees may apply for non-EU orders. Risk transfers upon delivery.
Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are unused and in original condition with packaging. Non-returnable: used, damaged, or custom items.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.
