CRG KT4 DD Rolling V13 2023 Chassis

The KT4 chassis has a frame with Ø30 Chrome moli tubes on the long chassis rail and the cross bars and front loop Ø32 tubes, the new bearing hanger reinforced on the brake side. On the KT4 chassis it is possible to adjust the rear axle and the stub axle settings; on the front side it is easy to set up the caster camber by the exclusive Sniper caster system.

All the newly approved frames will be equipped with new fairings complete with adhesive kits and new braking systems called VEN 13.

BRAKING SYSTEMS CRG has approved a new braking system identified by the initials VEN 13 DD for the Direct Drive categories and VEN 13 KZ for the Shifter / KZ categories.

Is still homologated also the V11 brake system that could be selected from drop-off menu

The most notable novelty of these new braking systems concerns the pump, which includes an innovative system for modulating braking called ABA (adaptive brake assistant). Through a regulator, in fact, it will be possible to calibrate the pump so that an internal system manages the braking force, avoiding the blocking of the tires.

This mechanism allows you to brake to the limit, but without locking the tires, so as to avoid the hopping of the rear axle and the loss of grip of the correct line at the corner entry.

An aspect to underline is how this function can be adjusted according to the needs of the category (different powers) and the tires used (different grip), but also for the feeling sought by the individual driver.

The intervention "range" of this system can range from neutral, so do not intervene, up to managing the locking, by exerting maximum pressure on the brake pedal.
